Tonight (Friday), the latest installment of the BKFC Prospect Series comes to the Salisbury Center in Manassas, Virgina, live on the BKFC app. Friday’s main event features heavy-handed Stanislav Grosu (3-2, 3 KO) and Brandon “The Shredder” Shavers (1-1, 1 KO). Grosu and Shavers have only needed the judges’ scorecards once in their combined seven trips to the squared circle, so a highlight-reel finish is likely on Friday. The BKFC 175-pound division is one of the deepest weight classes in the sport, so both combatants are eager to make a statement to their fellow middleweight contenders.
Battle-tested MMA vets Micah "See Me" Terrill (BKFC debut) and Cameron “Jumpman” VanCamp (0-1) drop their gloves in Friday's co-feature. Terrill’s MMA record includes nearly 30 pro bouts and 13 wins by KO; the UFC vet VanCamp’s pro MMA record is 15-7-1, 1 NC.
Friday also features a number of other fan-favorite BKFC fighters, like James "Get Down" Brown (2-0), Nathan Rivera (1-0, 1 KO), Bovar “The Gladiator” Khanakov (2-1), Zach "Shark Attack" Calmus (2-2, 1 KO), Cary Caprio (1-1, 1 KO), and Ryan “Superman” Shough (1-1, 1 KO), among others.
