Promoter Bob Arum is infuriated with HBO since it appears the network is holding its June 10 date for a Tarver-Hopkins PPV. Arum says he informed HBO that he had Madison Square Garden on hold for a Miguel Cotto fight on that date months ago. In fact, Arum was so incensed that he told Boxingtalk.com, "If Gary Shaw decides to sue HBO, I will handle the finances and costs of the lawsuit myself." Between June 10 and September 16, it appears that two HBO dates Arum planned on attaining are going to rival promoter Golden Boy Promotions.
