Press Release: “Mighty” Mike Arnaoutis suffered a cut during sparring which has caused him to pull out of a huge showcase opportunity against Vivian Harris on July 29, 2006. HBO Boxing After Dark will now have to find a replacement.  Arnaoutis was immediately taken to a specialist who informed the fighter that Arnaouits would not be able to proceed with the fight. Cestus Management’s chief advisor Mike Michael said, “As much as I understand Mighty Mike and his desire to want to fight despite his serious injury, we at Cestus cannot, in good conscience, risk the health and well-being of our fighter.  Our sincerest apologies go out to the fans, HBO, and all involved.”
