Edited Press Release: A lightweight bout between Luis Arceo and Rustam Nugaev joins Atlanta’s world-rated lightweight Ebo Elder on the card promoted by Guilty Boxing and sponsored by Nafta Moskva September 16, 2005 in The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Ga. The 26-year-old Arceo has a record of 19-2-2 with 13 knockouts and islooking to rebound from being stopped on cuts by Shamir Reyes last time out.  The 22-year-old Nugaev, originally from Russia, has a record of 14-4 with six knockouts. Other fights on the strong Guilty card include Elder, 22-1 and dubbed “The X-treme Machine,” in a  WBA lightweight title-elimination bout against former two-time world champion Lakva Sim, 20-4-1 and Ibragimov, 17-0, against Friday “The 13th” Ahunanya, 20-3-2.
