Andre Dirrell winner of a Bronze medal and one of just two medal winning American boxers will make his pro debut at Michaels 8th Avenue, Glen Burnie, Md. as a special feature on the popular Ballroom Boxing series. In the 63rd installment of the "country's best club show", Dirrell will be taking on the undefeated super middleweight Ryan Franklin (2-0). The main event will be the comeback of former USBA 130lb champ and world title challenger, Lamont Pearson. Ballroom Boxing kicked off its 2004 season with the first fight in the comeback of Hasim Rahman. In addition to Pearson and Dirrell, the first show of 2005 will include seven more fights featuring other highly touted undefeated prospects including Nick Casal, heavyweight Chazz Witherspoon, Roman Martinez, Charles Cavallo and the debut of Andre Dirrell's brother middleweight, Anthony Dirrell.
