Former Olympian and perhaps Britain’s finest prospect, Amir Kahn, was arrested last night in Bolton, England for wreckless driving. As confirmed by the BBC, the nineteen year-old Kahn, 7-0, was arrested allegedly for hitting a man with his car and breaking his leg. Kahn has been released on bail and has a fight scheduled for July 8, 2006. It is not yet known if this run in with the law will interfere with that fight. Former champion Nassem Hamed had similar driving problems and is serving a stint in a British jail for his driving.
