William Abelyan's move from the 126-pound division down to 122 was a disaster, as the recent world title challenger was knocked out in the final round by journeyman Phillip Payne in Las Vegas on Friday. Abelyan entered the bout rated #14 among featherweights in the Boxingtalk ratings.
