PROGRAIS DESTROYS INDONGO IN TWO
By G. Leon

Regis Prograis TKO2 Julius Indongo: Louisiana junior welterweight Regis Prograis, 21-0 (18), became the WBC interim champion with an insanely dominant performance over former unified champion Julius Indongo of Namibia. Prograis hurt Indongo with every jab he landed in the opening round and dropped Indongo towards the end of the frame. In round two, Prograis began to land his left hand and floored Indongo three more times before the bout was waved off. Prograis is now in line to face the winner of the March 17th Jose Ramirez-Amir Imam fight for the vacant WBC title. Official time of stoppage 2:54. Source: Showtime
