CAZARES NOW CAMPAIGNING AT 122 POUNDS

According to the WBC, Mexico's Hugo Fidel Cazares will fight Philippine Rey “Flash” Perez on January 26th in Chihuahua, Mexico in a 122-pound bout. Cazares (37-7-2) , held the WBO 112-pound title from 2005-2007 and the WBA 115-pound title from 2010-2011. This will be his second fight at 122 pounds. Perez is 17-2, including a 2011 loss to Nobuo Nashiro, an ex-world titlist. -Scott Shaffer
