NBC SPORTS SHOW ON TAP FOR FRIDAY

Press Release: NBC Sports Network continues its Fight Night series, Friday night at 9 p.m. ET with the main event featuring Philadelphia's Gabriel Rosado (20-5, 12 KOs) and Charles Whittaker (38-12-2, 21 KOs) of the Cayman Islands at the Sands Hotel and Casino in Bethlehem, Pa. The bout is an IBF 154-pound eliminator.  Light heavyweight Russian Sergey Kovalev (18-0-1, 15 KOs) steps in to fight New York's Lionell Thompson (12-1, 8 KOs) in the swing bout. Also, Bethlehem-native Ronald Cruz (17-0, 12 KOs) faces Miami's Antwone Smith (21-4-1, 12 KO's) in a welterweight bout.  Kenny Rice will serve as the play-by-play commentator for the telecasts, and will be joined by Hall-of-Fame boxing trainer Freddie Roach and cruiserweight contender B.J. Flores. Chris Mannix will serve as the ringside reporter for each telecast.
