NAIM NELSON TO FIGHT FOR PA STATE LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE

Press Release: On Friday September 14th at Harrahs in Chester, PA, Victor Vasquez will step up to face undefeated Naim Nelson in a ten rounder for the Pennsylvania State Lightweight championship. Vasquez, who lives in Philadelphia has a record of 15-6-1 with 7 KOs and a solid fan base. In his last bout, Vasquez scored a six-round unanimous decision over Paul Fernandez in a rematch, also at at Harrahs in Chester. Nelson of Philadelphia has a record of 7-0 with 1 KO. The twenty-two year old Nelson turned pro in 2011 and has been very active by fighting seven times in thirteen months. In his last bout, he scored a six-round unanimous decision over Esteban Rodriguez (5-1-1) in Atlantic City, NJ.

In the six round co-feature, Tony Ferrante (12-4, 7 KOs) takes on Taneal Goyco (4-3-1, 2 KOs) in a battle of Philadelphians.
