JASON ESTRADA AND TOKA KAHN-CLARY TO BE FEATURED IN PROVIDENCE

Former U.S. Olympian Jason “Big Six” Estrada and blue-chip prospect Toka Kahn-Clary will be in action tomorrow night at the Convention Center in Providence, RI.  The event has been billed “Take Over” and is promoted by Big Six Entertainment. Estrada is continuing his quest toward another meaningful fight in the heavyweight division, while Kahn-Clary makes his pro debut at junior lightweight.  Estrada, 18-4 with 5 KOs, will take on former Puerto Rican Olympian Alex Gonzalez, 20-6 with 10 KOs, in the eight-round main event. Estrada weighed in at a career low 237.5 lbs while Gonzalez, a former cruiserweight, tipped the scales at 228.  The 20 year old Liberian born Kahn-Clary is a former 132 lb National Golden Glove Champion who recently signed with Top Rank.  Kahn-Clary will take on Jonathan Caban, 0-2, in his pro debut. Also on the card is Brian “The Bull” Barbosa, 30-6 with 22 KOs, who is continuing his comeback in the super middleweight division.  Barbosa will take on John Johnson, 13-2 with 10 KOs in a six-round bout. Barbosa weighed in at the 168 lb limit while Johnson came in at 177 lbs. The bout will go on as scheduled despite the fact that Johnson weighed in at a ridiculous nine pounds over the limit.
