KAYODE SAYS NO TO FLORES

Press Release: Cruiserweight BJ Flores (27-1-1, 17 KOs) went public last week, calling out Lateef "Power" Kayode (18-0-1, 14 KOs) after Kayode fought to a draw with ex-world lightweight and current IBO title holder Antonio Tarver (29-6-1, 20 KOs).  Besides issuing a press release, Flores contacted Gary Shaw Productions last week with his request. But John Beninati, matchmaker for Gary Shaw Productions replied, "Dear BJ, first I want to say that I think you are great for boxing and I am a big fan.  However, Lateef Kayode had a draw... last week in Antonio Tarver.  Although we at GSP think you're a good fighter, Lateef Kayode is looking for much bigger fights in the future."
