JAMES KIRKLAND PLEADS GUILTY

James Kirkland, a promising junior middleweight with an exciting and aggressive style of boxing, has pleaded guilty to possessing a gun while on probation for other offenses. On July 14th, Kirkland appeared in court with his attorney  and plead guilty to the charge of felon in possession of a firearm. Magistrate Judge Andrew Austin recommended that the guilty plea be accepted, and barring the unexpected, Kirkland will be sentenced on Wednesday, September 23rd in Austin Texas.
