The Armenian-born Apresyan (6-0, 5 KOs) didn’t need long to earn his win, stopping experienced David Bency (14-16-1) in the second round of a welterweight bout to secure his fifth knockout win in six professional fights. Bency, born in Nicaragua, has now lost seven straight.
