Thulani Mbenge of South Africa has arrived in Hamburg, Germany, where he wil defend his IBO welterweight title against undefeated, 32 year-old Sebastian Formella of Germany. The fight between Mbenge (15-0) and Formella (20-0) takes place in Hamburg on July 6th. Reports out of South Africa say that if Mbenge wins, he'll fight in the United States in September. The IBO has appointed neutral officials for the bout: the referee will be Leszek Jankowiak of Poland, and the scoring judges will be Jerome Lades of France, Roark Young of the United States and Matteo Montella of Italy. source: golden gloves promotions
