Nicaragua's Keyvin Lara, a former world title challenger, and Venezuela's Keiver Fernandez will battle in a super flyweight bout this Saturday in neutral territory, Panama City, at La Bar 12. Lara, a 26 year-old Nicaraguan, has four straight wins and a carrer mark of 30-3-1. He has four straight wins and defeated Ricardo Blandon in his last fight. Lara is best known for losing a 2012 flyweight title shot to Kazuto Ioka. Fernandez has spent a good part of his career in the flyweight division, but he has also fought several bouts at super flyweight. Fernandez is 22-1-1 with two straight wins in his two post-pandemic bouts.
