Do you know boxing better than a 14 year old?

Week 1

Canelo Alvarez vs. Billy Joe Saunders (WBA, WBC and WBO super middleweight championships)... Prediction: Alvarez by decision
Saunders will be competitive the first half of the fight but then the action will sway in Canelo’s favor after the midway point. The 22-foot ring will work to Saunders' advantage, making the fight slightly more competitive. I can envision scores of 115-113 and 116-112 for Alvarez.

Elwin Soto vs. Katsunari Takayama (WBO junior flyweight championship)... Prediction: Soto by decision
Soto vs. Takayama should make for a fun 108-pound fight but at the end of the night, youth will be served.  At age 24, Soto is too young and strong for the 37 year-old Takayama, who has had several reigns as a 105-poud titleholder.  I can see a late stoppage, but most likely Soto will work his way to a wide unanimous decision.

Frank Sanchez vs. Nagy Aguilera (heavyweights)... Prediction: Sanchez by late KO
Sanchez will have his footwork on display and will showcase his combination of speed and power. I don’t think Aguilera will have an answer and we'll likely see a dominant night for Sanchez, ending in a standing stoppage between rounds six to ten.
