Bare knuckle card in Birmingham on April 30th

Headlining BKFC-17 on April 30th in Birmingham, Alabama is a heavyweight clash between Dillon ‘Bad Boy’ Cleckler (2-0, 2 KOs) of Pensacola, FL and Josh ‘The Hammer’ Burns (1-0, 1 KO) of Dearborn, MI. Co-featured in the quarter finals of the BKFC 175-pound tournament is Birmingham's Marcel ‘Swift’ Stamps (2-1) facing off against Mike ‘The Marine’ Richman of Rosemount, MN.

Cleckler has quickly progressed since his debut last summer. On July 24, 2020, the Floridian knocked out veteran Frank Tate at BKFC-11 in Oxford, MS. Following up on that tremendous win, in show-stopping fashion at ‘KnuckleMania’, Cleckler brutally knocked out Chris Jensen in the first round.

The heavy-handed Burns of Dearborn made an unforgettable BKFC debut with a blistering second-round knockout of rival Chris Sarro at BKFC-15 in Biloxi, MS on December 11, 2020.

Stamps is a former Alabama Crimson Tide linebacker who will be returning to his natural light heavyweight weight class following a valiant challenge against BKFC heavyweight champion Joey Beltran at BKFC-13 on October 10, 2020.

Fighting successfully in numerous, high level MMA organizations and sporting a 2-0 record as a professional boxer, Mike Richman will be making his BKFC debut as he hits the squared circle against hometown favorite Stamps.

A middleweight battle has been added to BKFC-17 as Lorenzo ‘The Juggernaut’ Hunt, (4-1, 3 KOs), of St. Augustine, FL faces South Dakota’s Josh ‘Ken Doll’ Dyer, (1-0, 1 KO) at the Boutwell Auditorium in Birmingham, AL.
