Undefeated Irish light heavyweight Thomas O’Toole has signed up with the Boston Butchers of Team Combat League (TCL) and is set to make his mark in a distinctive boxing league. O'Toole is fresh off a victory in Galway over St. Patrick’s weekend and has decided to join this novel venture. In the coming months, O’Toole will represent Boston in the team format competition that features one-round bouts. TCL features teams from various regions competing across six male and two female weight classes. Each fighter engages in one three-minute round, earning a point for their team with a victory. Speaking upon signing with Boston Butchers, O'Toole (9-0, 6 KOs) said: “From Galway, Ireland and living in Boston, this light heavyweight is ready to take on the challenge of Team Combat League and bring a banner back to the Beantown!”
